I am a Mother

I am a mother of two beautiful daughters, Adeline + Edith. I experienced and survived a traumatic birth with my first born that left me to deal with postpartum anxiety. I educated myself + prepared with my second birth. I chose to have a unmedicated out of hospital birth that left me feeling respected and powerful in my own right! I find pride + humility all in one being the mother of two strong girls. I understand the heavy but rewarding balance that weighs on the back of the mother and wife. Pregnancy and Postpartum should feel celebratory, sacred, and special. I strive as a mother myself to create this for the women that I support.

I am a Doula

My passion lies in providing birthing people with emotional and physical support in order to achieve their respectful + gentle birth. I believe in providing women with the tools to feel confident, empowered, and educated in their journey to parenthood. I provide birth and postpartum doula services to parents who want to feel supported through this transition of life. I am Childbirth International Certified!

I am an Adventurer

I grew up in the southeast and spent my early adult years as a raft guide and whitewater paddler. As our lives transitioned with children my husband and I enjoy spending as much time on the trail, camping, climbing mountains as we can! The natural world is a integral part of our family dynamics! We enjoy traveling to national parks, fly fishing, backpacking, and watching shooting stars.
