My birth doula services are for those who want extra support during pregnancy and labor. I am trained to support birthing people in ways to cope through labor pains, to communicate clearly to their providers and partners, and be a emotional support for the moments where you need an extra heart to be present for your experience. I offer 2 prenatal visits, 24/7 on call starting from 38 weeks, continued support from the time you call me during labor until up to 2 hours post birth, and 1 to 2 postpartum visits. Each of my clients will receive immediate breastfeeding support until our last postpartum visit. My birth doula package is a maximum fee of $950. Please ask for sliding scale information if your family is in need of financial assistance.
As a postpartum doula my job is to provide families with care in this vulnerable time. I support households by doing light housework, newborn care, emotional support, and helping you navigate family dynamics with a newborn. I'm happy to help sweep, mop, fold laundry, prep bottles, and meal plan or cook. I offer a postpartum doula package that is available to add on to a birth doula package. This contract includes 5 postpartum visits up to 3 hours long between 4 to 6 weeks. I offer payment plans to help keep these services affordable! I feel that having a postpartum doula is essential to having a successful transition into motherhood. Rest easy knowing that you will be cared for and loved by hiring a postpartum doula! My postpartum doula package is $800 add on to the birth doula package.
I am currently in process of completing my Laction Counselor Certification from Childbirth International. This certification allows me to professionally support any breastfeeding mother and provide evidence based knowledge and experience. I have a deep love for breastfeeding and the physiological benefits it provides to both mother and baby. Each of my clients will receive lactation services within their doula service packages at no added cost. I am available for LC services to any individual who inquires! My hope is to provide in home care for nursing parents so they may continue to have a successful postpartum period without the stress of leaving home. Lactation services are charged at $50 per visit which usually last around 1 hour in person or $25/hr for virtual support.
